Our refund and exchange policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. A $30.00 no-show fee will be deducted for appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges will be granted.
Once your return request is received by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond to you by email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded but may be exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return request is received, a gift certificate will be mailed and/or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the gift certificate sent to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift-giver and they will find out about your return.
